Thinshell:
ABS hard shell exterior with E.P.S. (Expanded Polystyrene) interior liner; the tried and true construction in head protection. Thin Shell Technology with E.P.S. impact foam captures the ideal balance be- tween the thickness of the shell and the impact foam, resulting in the most low pro le Hard Shell helmet available. We developed this con- struction using denser polymers and plastics in the interior and ex- terior materials to increase the strength of the impact foam, all while cutting out as much unnecessary bulk and weight as possible. The resulting product is the thinnest two-piece EPS helmet in the game.
