A Cable/Cord Port that allows access for USB Cables to connect to portable devies, smartphones and power banks (not included). There are bottom drainage grommets, a waterproof heavy duty rubber bottom, a bungee cord on the front to hold a jacket or clothing layers, and reflective piping for increased visibility.
